I create nourishing and warming meals to support my clients, whether they need pregnancy or postpartum support or simply a little extra help during life’s busy seasons. My Meal Service is rooted in nutritious foods sourced from Tasmania’s local produce and products, as best possible.

I offer freshly-made frozen meals for easy nourishment. Once you send me an inquiry with your needs, I can create a quote for you based on your meal selection, time-frame and quantity. For example, some clients need support for a week or others want a full freezer stock.
*Our seasonal menu is subject to availability with ability to customise your meals eg. meats, vegetarian, dairy-free etc.

“Of Earth and Honey” Grazing Services
‘Of Earth and Honey’ was my firstborn business baby, which actually led me to the naming and conception of my doula business ‘of Birth and Mother’.
Born in Shanghai, Of Earth and Honey is my catering company, that specializes in grazing tables.
My ethos is that food always be the centrepiece of life’s celebrations. I like to think of my tables as edible altars, feasts for the eyes, that gather loved ones around in ceremony and in honour of love and beauty. My grazing tables are beyond just food, they are abundant and lush sensory experiences that ignite connection and stories.
